Gina Torres gets around in the sci-fi world… she starred as the badass “Zoe” in Serenity/Firefly, and as the badass “Hel” in Cleopatra 2525. She also has had multi-episode stints in both Angel and Hercules: The Legendary Journeys. Just to round things out, she also played “Cas” in The Matrix Reloaded & The Matrix Revolutions, and eventually married Matrix star Lawrence Fishburne. Whew!
And of course… she’s pretty hot (just look at those eyes!), especially when toting one of the big guns from Firefly…
